AI consultancy for **PR & influencer agencies** · benelux

Every creator in your campaign costs your team **~10 hours** of manual ops.

*Most of those hours are repetition, not judgment. Let an AI agent take the repetition. You keep the judgment.*

Sourcing, vetting, briefing, outreach, follow-up, approval rounds, reporting. Repeated for every creator, every campaign. Precence builds the AI system that takes those hours out: designed around how your team already works, plugged into the tools you already use, running on infrastructure you own.

free, no prep. we measure your actual hours together and find the highest-leverage automation, useful whether you hire us or not.

## the-math

-**10h**· of manual ops per creator, per campaign
-**~300h**· for a single 30-creator campaign
-**~1,500h**· per year at five campaigns

That work doesn't differentiate your agency, and it scales linearly with headcount. When fee pressure hits, headcount can't shrink, so margin does. Meanwhile everyone expects you to "do something with AI," and nobody on the team has time to build it.

>

ten hours is the number we hear consistently from senior people at benelux PR firms, not a study, just the same answer whenever people count honestly. count your own before believing anyone, including us.

Headcount-bound agencies struggle. *Leverage-bound agencies thrive.*

## what-we-build

>

...what if your whole business could become text files? every process, mapped. readable by your team, and by any AI you choose. it weighs almost nothing. it remembers everything. it never stops compounding...

One system, grounded in your agency's memory.

Most agency AI projects plateau within weeks: the AI doesn't know your brands, your tone of voice, or your workflows, so output stays generic and someone hand-feeds it context every time. We fix the root cause first.

brand identity & tone ──────┐ ┌────── briefing
do's & don'ts per client ───┤ ├────── vetting

workflows & standards ──────┤ ├────── outreach
lessons learned ────────────┘ └────── reporting

your agency's memory: structured, queryable, owned by you

The **AIOS** is a structured knowledge layer holding what your agency knows: every brand's identity, audience and do's-and-don'ts; your workflows, reporting standards and lessons learned. Your team browses and edits it like a wiki. Your AI queries it instantly. Same source of truth, two access patterns, and it lives in plain, portable files. No lock-in.

AI grounded in your agency's memory: a memory you own.

#### skills for the actual work

Reusable skills for Claude (the AI assistant the system runs on), covering the work your team actually does: drafting briefs, vetting creators, writing outreach, building reports in your house style. With human approval checkpoints where they belong.

#### connected to your tools

The AI reads and acts on your existing stack (your discovery tool, Slack, email, campaign data) instead of your team copy-pasting between tabs. The wiring is an open standard, not proprietary connectors: nothing locks you in.

#### custom apps, only when needed

Client approval portals, dashboards, review queues. Most pilots don't need one; when yours genuinely does, we build it and plug it into the same memory.

#### maintained and taught

We don't drop a tool and disappear. We keep the system current as models improve, and teach your team to run it, extend it, and build their own skills.

## what-it-unlocks

20 → 100+ creators per campaign · same team · design target, not a measured result

The campaign your team caps at ~20 creators today becomes a 100+ creator campaign, at the same effort, with the same people.

-

More campaigns per quarter with the team you already have

-

Nano and micro strategies that are too labor-intensive to touch today become viable

-

A pitch differentiator brand clients can't find elsewhere

-

Margin that stops depending on headcount

On the math above, year one frees around a thousand hours: a full-time person's worth of capacity. And the system is built to compound: the richer your memory grows, the more year two gives back.

These are design targets, not measured client results. We're honest about being early. It's also why we treat a pilot as failed unless manual time on the automated step drops by at least 70%.

## process

Transparent from the first call.

1.

**diagnostic call** 30 min · free

We walk through your campaign workflow live, measure where the hours actually go, and pick the one automation with the highest leverage. If we're not the right fit, we say so, no pressure to move forward.

2.

**pilot** 3–4 weeks · fixed price

One scoped engagement, price agreed in writing before kickoff. We audit your context, design your AIOS, build the skills and the connections to your tools, and train your team. It ships live in your environment, with accounts in your name.

>

in the default pilot: memory scaffold for 3–5 of your brands · skills for briefing, vetting, outreach and reporting · 1–2 connections to tools you already use · team training.

3.

**retainer** monthly

We monitor, fix, keep the system current as models improve, and keep adding small automations from your roadmap. The longer it runs, the richer your memory, and the smarter every tool gets.

## ownership

Your stack, your bills, your asset.

-

**your AI account**: set up in your name during the pilot. usage bills go directly to you, at cost: no markup, no pass-through.

-

**your hosting**: on your own infrastructure, or a managed default under your control. your data never has to leave systems you control.

-

**your memory**: the AIOS is plain, portable files, readable by your team, not locked inside anyone's platform. ours included.

-

**your exit**: if we ever part ways, everything keeps running. documentation, credentials and handover included. no hostage situations.

We charge for consulting, building, and maintaining. *Nothing else.*

## who-its-for

**probably a fit**

-

PR firms and influencer-focused agencies, 10–80 people

-

Running 5+ influencer campaigns a year

-

Already using a discovery tool, and still spending most campaign hours on manual ops

-

Benelux first: Netherlands, Belgium, then wider Europe

**what we're not**

-

Not an influencer agency: we don't run campaigns and we don't compete with you

-

Not a SaaS product: no per-seat licenses, no platform lock-in

-

Not a generalist "we do anything with AI" shop

>

**open: design-partner terms for our first three clients**: a meaningful discount on standard pricing, in exchange for a case study and reference rights. in return, the system gets shaped around your workflow first, and your engagement becomes the reference we point to for everyone after you. specifics on the call.

Agencies try ChatGPT, get a wow moment, then output goes generic and usage dies. The cause is structural: the AI has no memory of your agency.

## faq

>what actually happens on the diagnostic call?

It's a diagnostic, not a pitch. We ask how many campaigns you run, where the manual time bleeds out, what your tools don't cover, and what winning looks like for your team. By the end we've jointly identified the highest-leverage automation and quantified the hours it would save. If we're not the right fit, we say so.

>how much does it cost?

The pilot is a fixed price agreed in writing before kickoff: no hidden markups, no usage-based mystery costs. Your AI and hosting bills go directly to you, at cost. Our first three clients get design-partner terms; specifics are discussed on the call once we understand your scope.

>we already use Modash / Lefty / Upfluence. do you replace them?

No, we plug into them. Discovery tools are great at one slice: finding creators. Your team still does the work around them by hand: briefs, vetting, outreach, follow-up, approval rounds, reporting. We automate that layer and make the tool you already pay for considerably more useful.

>how fast do we see results?

The diagnostic call you can book directly: today, if the calendar allows. The pilot kicks off within about four weeks of first contact and ships in 3–4 weeks: one working automation live in your environment, your team trained. We target a 70–90% reduction on whichever step we automate first.

>who owns what gets built?

You own your data, your briefs, your campaign results, and everything we build for you: workflows, configurations, the AIOS itself. We retain our generic methods and patterns. It goes in writing before kickoff, and everything keeps working even if you stop working with us.

>where does our data live?

In systems you control. Default deployment is self-hosted with the option to run on your own cloud. Your AI account is in your name, not ours. Client briefs and campaign data never have to pass through us to be useful.

>will this replace my team?

No. It removes the repetitive ops nobody was hired for, so your people spend their hours on strategy, creative judgment and client relationships. Every automation ships with human approval checkpoints, and your team learns to run and extend the system themselves.

>what if we stop working with you?

Everything keeps running: you own it. We hand off documentation, credentials, and a final knowledge transfer. Retainers have a standard 30-day notice on either side, and no surprise fees.
